Two lines on the Charge 3 Screen

Hi there. 

I bought my Fitbit more than 1 year ago and I see 2 lines across the screen. I followed the suggestions I found but still does not fix the issue. How can I start a case to review if warranty applies?

what sort of lines? 

are they white screen lines ar are they just scratches?

I believe @Andreca reported like white lines on the Charge 3 display/screen and not scratches.
