USB Accessories Disabled for Charger 2

My charger stopped charging. I get this message on this laptop every time I want to charge my FitBit Charge 2:

USB Accessories Disabled

Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices.

Who knows how to solve this problem? Thank you in advance!!

Is this a laptop by Apple?

Thank you for your reply. I have tried with both PCS and Mac laptops. I even tried with a desktop and get similar messages.

Have you tried unplugging all USB devices except the Charge 2? It sounds like something is drawing too much power and the computer is shutting down USB as a result.
