Bought Charge HR yesterday, tried to set it up and failed.
I have 3 USB ports in my Laptop and none works with this dongle, it say that it is disconected.
Windows 8 System.
Tried to set it up trought my Android device, managed to set some dates in Dashboards, but as soon as I click to bind the Charge HR to it, it says that I should do that on my pc....... seriosly?O_o.
The information from Charge HR gets updated in my Dashboard, so it is connected to it, but I cant bind it to my account, and cant set anything trought it on my Charge Hr, like time for example.
Any idea?

Hello @undispudet, welcome aboard to out community. Note that your time as other feature wont work until you are able to set up your tracker since this will sync the configuration as the timezone you select on your account, and will be apply until you are able to pair your tracker. I would like to confirm if you are using the Windows 8 app to set up your tracker? If you are experiencing issues by now, I recommend a great article called: I'm having trouble setting up my tracker. This article will help you to troubleshoot any set up issues you are having with any of your devices.
Keep me posted how it goes, I'll be around if you need more ideas.
