Galaxy 9s sink to charge 3. I erased message on phone. However they didn't erase from Fitbit. Now Fitbit screen wont work. It seems to be frozen on a message that I can no longer access on my phone. Is there a reset button?

The only part I understood, is there a restart.
A shutdown through settings could also be tried.
