I am unable to log on to my Fitbit even though I have the correct username and password. Any help would be appreciated.

@Chuckeeebeee Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that you can't log onto your account. Where are you trying to log in (app or website)? If you are using the website then clear your browser's cache and cookies. If it is on a phone then restart your phone and retry logging in.
