Charge 4 will not repair. It's stuck 1 month behind and won't pair.  It unpaired due to lack of use for 1 month

I use my Fitbit everyday and it won’t stay paired to my phone. I’ve done all the troubleshooting suggested by Fitbit, unfortunately the issue hasn’t been resolved. Fitbit are no longer responding to my emails.

I've been having problems since last Monday. At first the display wasn't working on my iPhone, but as of yesterday afternoon nothing is showing up anywhere (on my phone or my computer)--the only thing that's accurate is the display on the band. I really need some help!

Same issue here. Lost the ability to connect to the Fitbit App with Charge 4.
