Can't scroll even after trying both short and long restarts. It actually doesn't even restart. When I press the button, it vibrates, acknowledging the press but just goes to screen wake/notification screen. I literally bought this item yesterday. Not even wore it a whole day and this happens. I guess time to return and go with some other fitness device than sticking to fitbit and fighting with the glitches all the time.

THIS worked for me - it was the second connection that woke it up. I was afraid it was just done. Thank you!
