Unable to see data from past 2 weeks when syncing Charge 2 HR, only today's data show up

I have been wearing my Fitbit Charge 2 HR on and off for 2 weeks. I have been charging it regularly, and could see data on the Fitbit as it was recording my activity level. Finally I had a chance to sync it to my computer today. Only data from today shows, nothing from the past 2 weeks. Does anybody know how to get to old data?
