I bought a charge 3 and gave my charge 2 to my husband. I set it up with his email but then he didn't use it for several months. I charge it and now it is telling me to set it up but when try to follow those steps it says it can not find it. It will not sync either. I made sure and took my fitbit off and left it in the other room so it wouldn't interfer. Not sure why it can't find it. Any ideas?

Is the charge 2 not discoverable on bluetooth? Are you able to find it on bluetooth?
