Unable to setup Charge 2

The last time my Fitbit synced up with my phone was at 3:52 am yesterday. Since then I have restarted the Fitbit app, had my phone forget it's pairing connection, restarted my Fitbit, and tried to pair it again as a different Charge 2. After I unpaired it from the Bluetooth screen, my phone will not pick up on my Fitbit as a thing it can pair with. It won't show up in scans or searches anywhere. I feel like I have tried all the trouble shooting advice at this point. Please help!

I tried deleting the device and reading it but it still couldn't find my Charge 2. I have an LG V30 which has been working for the past two years with Fitbit. Is there anything else I can try?
