Unable to setup device

How do I remove my information on my charge 2? Back to factory settings, I’m trying to gift it to someone else but it wouldn’t sync or pair to their iPhone. Please help!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. As it turns out, there's no option to factory reset our Fitbit Charge 2, however, you should be able to setup the device without performing a factory reset on it. That said, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup the Charge 2 on the iOS mobile device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
