Hello,
My Charge2 doesn't connect to any device I've tried.
I've tried to connect it to two different Android phones and a MacBook.
On the app, the tracker is detected, but then the application tells me that something went wrong and the synchronisation fails.
I've tried to restart the Bluetooth on the different phones, restart the phones, and restart the watch, but nothing changes.
I've tried the procedure for hard resetting the tracker, but I can't manage to reset it, the procedure never succeeds.
At that point I just don't know what to try anymore.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.
