Hello Fitbit Tech Support, I would like to ask if there is an update or projected date for the sync issue that has occurred after the Android 13 ui 5.0 install? It has been about a month now that I like many many other Fitbit users are unable to effectively use their tracking device. What is troubling is the fact that Google (which is Android) has been unable to offer a solution or resolution in a timely manner.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

Hi @Faccmil you want customer support and these are the community forums where we're users of the devices.
here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
