Unable to sync device

I can’t seem to connect to my charge2 Fitbit on Bluetooth and as a result I can’t sync it to my app. I went on vacation for 2 months and forgot my charger home. My Fitbit was off for two months and now I can’t connect to it.

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, did you experienced this inconvenience in the past? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
