I contacted support on 20th October regarding not receiving text message notifications. I was told they were looking for a solution and I would be kept informed. I'm still waiting for this to be resolved and I've now noticed there are quite a few people with the same problem. Being a cynical person I'm starting to wonder if this is a deliberate act to get us to upgrade to a newer Fitbit, I mean Apple slowed down their battery charge didn't they?
I'm surprised there isn't a deadline to have this fixed, we still be waiting this time next year. Shame on you for letting down your customers

If you have an iPhone, the last iOS update made changes to bluetooth and Apple didn't tell anyone. Garmin is having issues with Apple too. It will get fixed when they figure out how. Fitbit may be waiting for Apple to do an update.
