Absolutely the same with mine - my Charge 3 just crashes and although the time (when I do get a display) is correct it’s only a fleeting moment. The battery lasts no time at all and I have tried to reboot it but it doesn’t sort out the problem. My theory is that Fitbit have done an update so that we will buy a new device.
I believe the same, but I'm not falling for it again! This is my 4th fitbit! I've upgraded after every time the update glitched it. It may be time to find something else to keep my encouraged & motivated.
