So, my charge 3 on't turn on. I've had it 1.5yrs-ish. Been reading the help articles and other forums topics on the same issue, but for my device the "plug in + 8 second button push" does nothing.
I am left with a blank screen, and no change when charging via charger cable port or via laptop charging.
There is no buzzing or vibrating or anything.
Is this a defect? What do I do?
