Unstable Bluetooth Sync

Charge 4 keeps losing Bluetooth pairing with my iPhone, why?

I have done all you asked me to do but still lose Bluetooth.  Even when I first try to sync my iPhone shows I am connected to Bluetooth. I have to disconnect and then reconnect to be able to sync.
