I have a Charge 2 and it's been Upgrading database since Feb.21 and is saying "Upgrading database - This step requires an internet connection." I am connected to WiFi, I have also plugged it into my computer and it's not doing anything other than the icon flashing and a red line going across the screen. How long does this take? Am I doing something wrong? Help please!
