Incorrect time on logged activities

Ever since I downloaded the second to last update the times on my workouts are labeled wrong. All the pm workouts I previously input were changed to am’s. Likewise when I try to add a new pm workout it shows no data and seems to be pulling from am times. Help!

Hi @Champanda, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Same.  I log my am activities and it’s switching to a random time for pm.

Sorry,  mine is for a versa2 but same problem.  I did all the above steps and still not working right. I’ll go check the versa2 board too.

Yes! So glad it’s not just me. I just downloaded the newest update and now all the workouts I have logged have been changed to different days as well as AM times in stead of pm so they are all messed up. It’s incredibly annoying.

Sorry for the update delay but I have tried all these things and not only am I still having the same problem but now all the workout times I had manually input have been somehow changed to different days AND the wrong times (am instead of pm). It’s kind of pointless to use my Fitbit if I can’t keep track of my workouts properly. Is this a widespread problem that is being looked at? Also is there something else I can do before I give up?
