My Charge 2 stopped syncing and the instructions to start it up again are not helping. I did what one instruction said and I deleted it from my dashboard, but I can't seem to find where it says to add it back onto my account. Truly I know I'm not that techno savvy....but I was able to set it up originally. Also, my daughter reconnected it.....but then it disconnected again. I'm about ready to stomp on it!

I was able to restore the syncing and notifications between the watch and phone by force stopping the app and reopening it. However it keeps happening every couple days.

Forgot to include that the problem is on my computer not my phone. I just got a new phone and was able to sync my Charge 2 on that without any trouble. Whether it stays synced is another issue.
I'm now able to see the daily steps from all the weeks that were disconnected. Still no luck with my computer, however.

@Piano88 and @MissCareBear let's find the setup command, tap the top left to go to account. On the next page tap Setup a Device. Follow directions.
@Piano88 once the tracker is setup to your Fitbit account, you'll be able to sync through the computer (Win 10 or Mac) computer.
@Gibbs2020. and @iblair. it sounds like you are having notification, not setup issues. If your iOS or Android is on the latest version,, Fitbit is aware and working on it.

My husband just bought me a Samsung Galaxy Watch. Problem resolved.
