So my refurbished Charge 2 fell victim to the same problem that a lot of people did, where the tracker was not passing workout data back to the app. It does have an altimeter, however, and (usually) does a respectable job of tracking floors climbed. But the sync problem and a broken band convinced me to "upgrade" to a Charge 6. Which (wait for it) does not track floors climbed. At all. Which might not bother me quite as much if the first thing I did in the. morning (okay the second thing) is climb 100 flights of stairs. There is no way to manually add those to the app, but the Charge 2 still works (though it needs a band, which is on the way) so my thought was I could use that to track floor climbing, and the Charge 6 for everything else. But there doesn't appear to be a way to switch between the two, even though I have both trackers connected without issue. And I was able to get the app to recognize some floors when I force synced the Charge 2, but it didn't get them all. And I could see based on the charge icon in the top left corner that it recognized the Charge 6, but the one way I knew the Charge 2 was (is) still connected is going to the device list and selecting it and tapping Sync Now.
The Charge 6 uses the Gallery, but the Charge 2 doesn't (which based on my minutes of research is the reason I can have them both connected at the same time.
Unpairing the tracker I want to "park" and pairing the wine I want to use for this activity seems like a pretty cumbersome solution, but I'm not finding one that works with both trackers connected simultaneously.
Any ides?
