Hi all
I'm hoping that a moderator will pick this one up. I've tried to speak to someone using the online chat function, tried to call and have sent emails but so far I've not had a response - which is a shame because I've had such good experiences previously.
Firstly, my Charge 3 screen has lots of black lines across it and I'm struggling to see the time, date and battery percentage for starters. I don't know how to fix this?
Secondly, the step to miles ratio is out - always has been with this Fitbit. Is there any way to fix this? For example, the other day I walked 12/13 miles but my Fitbit says I only walked 6.7 which I know is definitely not right. I have it set to automatic stride length and have, after previous Fitbit advice, changed it to manually set my stride length but that doesn't work either, it's even worse on that, so I changed it back to automatic. It's super irritating.
Lastly, it takes forever to sync (constantly tells me that it can't find my device - I try to sync using my work Apple phone and my personal android phone and have the same issue). I have followed all the steps to shut down bluetooth etc but nothing works - I've had the same issue with other Fitbits so assume it's a weird Fitbit glitch? It will eventually sync so it's not a massive issue, more of an annoyance.
