I've had a Fitbit since 2015. The last one a Versa 2 that after 13 months wouldn't hold a charge. After some serious protesting Fitbit sent a new Versa 2 replacement watch. The replacement watch is now almost 13 months old and will not charge. I'm not sure what's up with their product. But, I honestly think it's time to switch manufacturers and go in a different direction.
