Versa 3 can't unlock

Hi , my versa 3 is locked , I have tried unlocking on app, read and tried advice on here about holding the button to do factory reset but just says same thing once I put my PIN number in “unlock with your phone”

Help !!

Thank you for letting us know that your Versa 3 is locked. I appreciate all the steps you tried before contacting us. 

I'd like to confirm if these are the steps you've taken to try to unlock your watch:

  1. Open your Fitbit app, tap the icon in the top left corner > Versa 3.
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Enabled or disabled.
  4. Or look for the option to set a four-digit PIN.

Once you have disabled the lock, please restart your Versa 3 by pressing the left button for 12 seconds or until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.

Hi
I’ve done what you suggested and a message come up about setting up google wallet first. When I have done that, it shows a message saying permanently locked cause I’ve tried pin too many times
I’ve screenshot message below.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated
