Hi I was given my Fitbit charge 3 as a gift last christmas. In April my screen showed vertical lines, after trouble shooting I was given a replacement. Again today the same thing has happened and I have yet again done the recommended trouble shooting. Can you advise on how to move forward from this? My watch is only 5 months and the first only lasted 4 months.
