Has there been a solution offered for the Charge 3 that have stopped functioning? I have tried all of the recommendations that I have read on the forum.

Hi @klintzenich, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 stopped working. By the way, thank you for trying to get your tracker back on track before contacting our forums.
In order to better assist you, please let me know more details about the issue that your Charge 3 has experienced. Did it stop turning on, charging or syncing? Also, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
Looking forward to your response.

Exactly the same has happened to me. The last couple of days, my Charge 3 (15 months old and still under warranty in UK) has been discharging its battery very quickly. Last night it recorded no sleep data. Then the lights for the sensors underneath stopped working entirely and now it's not tracking any data. No steps, HR, nada.
I went through all the usual steps - reboot / restart / long restart / restart iphone / logout and login to app etc etc... but nothing has worked. I believe the sensors have failed.
I have contacted Customer Support and they believe it's because I have a non-Fitbit endorsed strap. The strap supplied by Fitbit broke after a year of use. I replaced the strap with a high quality sports strap which was half the cost of the £25 Fitbit replacement. I made this change at least six weeks ago and the device has been working without any problems.. so I doubt this is the issue. Fitbit won't progress any claim for a repair/replacement of my Charge 3 until I have tried a Fitbit strap. And they won't send me a new strap under warranty, because I chucked the old, useless strap in the bin. So I've bought a brand new strap for a device that is broken. Sigh.
If anyone has any ideas on why the sensors have stopped working, I would be grateful. Otherwise I will soldier on with the warranty claim.

Same problem with my 2 year old Charge 3. Attempted to re-charge it about 3 weeks ago (it was at 47% charged) The screen is not turning on and it won't charge. Button does not work, screen is still off. Repeatedly unplugged and re-plugged it into several different electrical outlets with no change. Left it plugged in for over 24 hrs. No change. The charging adapter IS getting electricity. I put it back in the box...
