Vertical lines on display

Hello,

i got my charge 2 last November and now is showing vertical lines on the screen. I tried to restarted and it didn't help. Please help! Thanks!

@Klockett Thanks for joining us! I suggest you retry the restart on your tracker but do this 3 times in a row by doing the following:

 

Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.

 

If this doesn't work then please do contact our Support Team like @WavyDavey mentioned in his post.

Hi! I tried rebooting three times, changing the clock face, and chatting with support and was told nothing else can be done to fix the vertical lines. And of course I’m just outside the warranty. I thought my Fitbit charge 2 would last longer than a year and a half! But they did offer a 25% discount coupon off their Web site.
