I hope someone knows how to get my Fitbit ok. 

Yesterday I fully charged it. and when I disconnected the charging cable the screen was all with grey vertical lines.

Things I already tried.... change clock screen. Restart via holding the button 8 seconds while on the charging cable.... didn't have success.....
