If it is only 9 months old they might replace it. I just spent time texting with them. I bought the special edition Charge 3, so I prepaid for something I didn't get until a few months later and then I waited until after Christmas 2018 to wear it taking me outside the 365 day limited warranty. So, contact them ASAP to get your defective watch replaced. They accused me of damaging my watch. I'm very easy on my watch, no screen cover and no scratches and wear it every day for just over a year now. My Charge 2 is 3 years old at least and my boyfriend wears it every day - works like a charm. And he is not easy on it, inf act he is digging in hard dirt and rock with it right now, and has many times before. The Charge 3 has defects. Get it replaced before 365 days of purchase.
