My phone is still not compatible for Fitbit HR charge2. Can you please let me know how soon can you add my phone so that I get call notification

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Nandini, I'm glad to see you here! The BLU Vivo 5 may have all the hardware requirements to be a supported device but it's currently not on our list of supported devices. This means that our Android team has not yet tested it for compatibility and added it to the list what means that we don't have a estimated date on when it will be added. If the device supports BLE (AKA Bluetooth 4.0), I recommend giving the setup flow a try by following what @DerrickS shares here.

 

If setup does not work, I recommend setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a Windows 10/Mac computer with integrated Bluetooth 4.0 running the Fitbit Software. Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates! Smiley Wink

It's been too long. Please make enough efforts to enable compatibility.In spite of the fact that my Fitbit has synced with my vivo mobile, it isn't supporting notifications for calls and text messages.
