The clock to manually track an exercise is so irritating.  How can I use it or change it? Or use another app to manually track? Help!

Hey @Theleyliner, welcome to the forums! Robot Happy Are you talking about the stopwatch on the Charge 2? or one of the exercises on the exercise mode? What exactly would you like to change from them? Now regarding the manually logging exercise feature through the app, you can manually log almost any exercise on it. Just follow the instructions for Android devices in this post to do so.

Keep me posted! 😉

I have the charge 2.

It's when I do a manual entry for exercise.

The duration clock is aweful.

I would like to just type in my time and not have to use the clock that is there.

I would be happy also with being able to just track in another app (like runkeeper) that will sync with my fitbit app

Thanks for your reply @Theleyliner! 🙂 If you don't want to use the stopwatch to record your exercise, don't worry, you don't have to. Instead of that, you can manually log your activity through the Fitbit app. Just follow the instructions for Android devices in this post. Now regarding your request about linking Runkeeper with Fitbit, I suggest you to go to our Feature Suggestions board and post your idea in there.

Let me know if you need more help!

Manually logging is what I am doing. It still could be changed to just type in the time and not use the watch.

Aha! Now I finally see what you are talking about. You are logging an exercise on the phone dashboard.  Try adding it from the fitbit.com dashboard. Click on Log, then Activities. Scroll to the bottom Log Activities. There you just type in the time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Ahhhh. Can we make the app the same way?

"We" are mostly just users trying to help other users by sharing out experience.  There is another board for posting suggestions that Fitbit engineers supposedly monitor.

Hey guys! I hope you are doin' great!

@Theleyliner, thanks for your reply. I thought you wanted to enter your activity and it's duration, 'cause as I posted above, you can do that manually, either through the Fitbit app or through the PC Dashboard, on both devices you have this option. As @JohnnyRow mentioned, we have our special board for requests, so you just need to go to the Feature Suggestions board and post it there.

I am with the original poster here. I am trying to enter the time manually in the app, which I am totally aware you can do, but I cannot understand how to work the clock interface with the two sets of numbers. No matter how I turn the dial I cannot seem to make it show the duration I want. I'm pretty sure this is what the original post is asking too.
