Walk Icon Disappeared From Device

I used my Charge 3 to track my walk within the exercise app on the device. It was synced to my phone. 

I wanted to use it again, and now the walk exercise icon has disappeared and in its place I have another Pilates exercise icon. 

How do I get that walk exercise icon back on the device.

Hello, I have the Fitbit One and all of a sudden this evening when I went back into the app all dashboard icons except the calories burned were gone, no ability to read under the Edit section. I deleted Fitbit app, shut off phone and reinstalled the app and now all dashboard icons are gone with no ability to edit and add them back. Please help or advise what’s going on. Thank you.
