Wallet tile won't appear

I have purchased and set up the Fitbit Charge 3, however I'm trying to set up card payment but there seems to be no Wallet Tile on the app. 

 

Mobile Model: Samsung Galaxy S9

Location on app: Ireland
App firmware version: 28.20001.63.5

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

A warm welcome to the Community, @Nandarc.

 

This may occur due because your Country doesn't support Fitbit Pay. If there are no banks in the your country, you won't be able to see the Wallet tile in the Fitbit app. For a listed of supported banks/countries, click here.

To see the Wallet tile in the Fitbit app, you need to set the Profile Settings Location in the app to your country of residence.

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap or click the tile with your name.
  3. Tap or click the gear icon.
  4.  Tap Add Location. (NOTE: You can choose to make this setting private)

Hi Alejandra,

My country does support fitbit pay and there are banks listed on list
provided below.

I have already changed my location to Ireland in the Profile setting
location on the fitbit app however there is still no wallet tile on fitbit
charge 3 app dashboard.

I would like to request further assistance,

Thanks for the update, @Nandarc. Fitbit Pay is only available for special edition Fitbit, is your Charge 3 special edition?.
