Watch face not working

My watch randomly stopped displaying the watch screen and the touch doesn't vibrate anymore. I have tried the suggestions on other forums and places on charger and restarted by holding 15 seconds. The smiley face appears when turned on or plugged in and turned on but then disappears and the watch face still does not work after that. It charges and the green light also still work on the back of it.

Hi Sissy, The same thing has happened to me at the same time as you, do you think there’s a problem at Fitbit end.

Don’t know why, but I had this same issue and after reading this post I once again tried the reboot and suddenly it showed up again…?!? Only thing that I tried just before that was installing another watch face. Which did not seem to work until I did this reboot again. So may be it’s worth a try for you also
