My Fitbit charge 2 was damaged by water and screen does not show anything on display anymore. I do understand that this is not covered under warranty and not asking for a replacement. I’m hoping to get something similar but I hope I can get loyalty discount after being a customer for so long. If not I rather t get a smart watch that does a lot more.

My screen is broken and doesn’t show any status anymore.
while I was trying to reset my account password app on my phone got logged off and i’m Forced to pair it again however due to broken screen I can’t see the 4 digit number so app on my phone gets paired with it. Any thoughts?

Hi @Charge2_ there are sales all the time at the Fitbit Store and at authorized retailers. There is no loyalty discount. If you can't see the four digit code to input, then there is no work around to get it set up. Might be time to check out the Father's Day sale.
