I had been using Charge 3 for some time and it had always worked fine, but it stopped connecting to the app a couple of weeks ago. The app shows that the device was found but it simply does not conect. I've tried everything I could find in the forum: shut off and on the app, rebooted the wearable, disconected every other Bluetooth device... I've even used an Android smartphone instead of my Iphone to try to make it, but no success. Big problem is that there isn't even a Fitbit technical support here in Brazil. 😫
Can someone please help? 🙏
