Last week I wrote this on the forum, and also emailed fitbit directly.....
“My weekly exercise tile is no longer updating. It stopped working overnight, capturing 5 of 7 days, but so far this week I have done 6 days, and always do 7 days a week. All other data is still being recorded - steps, distance, calories, stairs, active minutes. I have rebooted my charge 2 HR, logged out of my iPad app, logged out of my android app, logged back in again, shut everything down, restarted it again. Nothing has worked. I’ve checked my account on fitbit.com and it’s not updating there either. I see on the forum that this has been an ongoing problem for a number of years”.
The email advice I received from fitbit was unhelpful, and it felt like the actual problem was being ignored. The problem has now happened twice, and I have reported this to fitbit, but they have provided no useful help.
Today my fitbit app shows that I have completed 8 out of 12 of the 250 steps per hour activity, but the fitbit itself shows 2 out of 12 hours completed, beginning at 12pm. My active hours are from 6am-6pm every day, which the app reflects. So I have no idea why the fitbit itself differs.
What is going on? Fitbit has suddenly become very unreliable. If there is anyone on the forum that can help, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

@MissyAdams Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your Weekly activity and Active hours tile. The weekly activity will only count when you have an activity logged for that day so if you reach your step goal but don't have any activity logged like walking or running then the day won't count. Please check that you have logged activities for the dates you noticed weren't counted.
Regarding the Reminders to move this is an issue that is being investigated by the team so hopefully they will find a fix for all affected users soon. Still I appreciate your patience in this matter.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi there,
With regards to my weekly activity, I had done an 11 mile walk of around 5 hours, and a 52 minute walk on a different day, and my actual fitbit captured this as active minutes, as did the home screen on the app. However, it wasn’t captured in the weekly activity tile, and so I couldn’t get a breakdown of the walks I did in terms of its ‘impact on my day’, and therefore didn’t achieve 7 out of 7 days of exercise, even though I had.
I’m not convinced this a problem at my end. I’m aware that I have to do 10+ minutes of activity for it to be recognised as active minutes. As I said, my walks were 5+ hours and 52 minutes and weren’t recognised as such in the weekly activity tile.

I think I'm having the very same problem. For instance, Sunday shows that I took 15,062 steps, but somehow "walking" was not recorded and the weekly tile did not fill in for that day. I've never had this problem before - that is, I've never had to be sure to log in that I've walked; that has happened automatically. It's been on and off all week, though I've consistently gotten in at least 10,000 steps each day. Please advise.
