Weekly stats not correct

The weekly stats are not reflecting stats for certain days to a week on my Charge 4.Even though the device works fine and I am able to track information on a daily basis - I am unable to gauge progress on a weekly level because information is not pulling through /synced.

Could you be more specific, what data seems not to be correct on your weekly report?

Please be aware that depending on when your week starts, you should sync your Charge 4 at least 1 time at the end of the previos day. 
Eg. if your week starts on Mon. try to sync the device on Sun evening.

My weekly stats that are emailed to me is incomplete. So, for example, from Monday to Wednesday it would reflect my daily steps etc. But from Thursday to Sunday it reflects as zero - as if my Fitbit has not been worn.
