Not the obvious ones but bootcamp, circuit training, and workout. What are the parameters? What movements make up these shortcuts? I do CrossFit, which consists of a heavy strength session, followed by a metcon circuit that varies greatly from lighter weights to cardio or endurance exercises. Do I need a combo of shortcuts or is it better to have just one? I’d like to not only know which shortcut/s is/are best but I also want to know the parameters of each shortcut, the movements recognized by the device.

Smart track will not pick up strength training its not step based
I find it to be iffy in any case and dont rely on it. I use the exercise function so I can make sure I capture what I'm doing
