What fit bit do I have?

I recently found a Fitbit my sister gifted to me she doesn’t have a cable charger and charged perfected with its own usb charger in the Fitbit. It Also had a button on the screen

In  web browser, click 'Help' near top right of this page will show pictures of recent Fitbits.  Clicking 'More Products' will show also all previous products.

Do you have any idea how recently it was purchased as new?  That might help eliminate several options.

Can you include pictures, preferably front and back?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
