I want to replace my Charge2. I've had it for awhile (ha) and I want to replace it with the same size watch that I currently have. How do I know what size watch this is? Not the BAND, the watch. Nobody at the company can tell me. Our sales records are long gone. Where can I find the measurements of the Charge2 watches -- the watch FACE -- length and width? I think mine is a small but I have no way of knowing. Can anyone help?

If you are planning to replace your Charge 2, the watch itself did not come in different sizes; there might have been small and large bands but only one size watch, and good luck finding one with any battery left.
Here's the manual if that helps: Charge 2 manual .

@maureen999 Fitbit's current watches come with both size bands, but the Charge 2 came in small or large size. I loved my Charge 2 and my daughter still wears hers. But the Charge 2 was discontinued in 2018. It has an old battery in it. Rechargeable batteries degrade over time, even sealed in original packaging and never used. Buy at your own risk.
