Which browser does Fitbit.com work on

I have tried Google Chrome, Explorer and Edge and they all give error trying to respond to messages, and contacting support is broken. Which browser works???

I use Firefix okay, but guessing browser choice is not the problem.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
