Hi! I have charge 4 fitness tracker. I'm doing some weight workout and other workouts like for example ab workout back to back. What exercise mode should I use? Should I use workout for both or weights for weightlifting and workout for the other like ab workout? Will it have any difference if I use workout mode while working on weights? Thank you.

The exercise modes available on your Fitbit Charge 4 have been designed to provide accurate information about your calories burned. We recommend using the exercise related to your activity to get the most accurate data. E.g., if you go for a run but start "Kickboxing" on your Tracker, your calories burned might not be accurate because the activities don't match.
If your exercise isn’t included on the list, we recommend choosing "Workout". For more information about how to track your workouts with your Fitbit device, please visit this article.
