I'm still learning what my Charge 3 can & can't do, so I have just a couple of questions. Can it register exercises done on static equipment? I know it tracks steps, heartbeat, calories, sleep etc. Which I find amazing but can it track when I'm using weights like dumbbells & barbells & the running machine [in my bedroom] or the cross-trainer [in my garage]. Does it count these as strenuous exercise & how?

A warm welcome to the Community, @Ninja2229.
Regarding your inquiry, it would be better if you select these type of activities directly from your Charge 3. For more information about the workouts, you can check the help articles: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? and How do I track my activity with my Fitbit device?.
Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂
