I have the Fitbit Charge 3 I got appx a year ago.  Love it..never had a problem with it and I take great care. The charge went completely dead.. so I charged it as usual. Now after charging It is showing white/gray lines.  Any suggestions on why and how to fix this?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
