My Charge 3, which is in great condition, has gotten white lines vertically over the display. It seems to be affecting the sensitivity of the touch screen, but still logs my steps and heart rate and such. I have tried changing the time display, restarting, and a hard restart, but it has not helped. I've only had it about 6 months. Any ideas?

I am having the same issue. I did everything you said you did with no success. Someone suggested doing a live chat which I did but no success. They are sending me a new one. No shipping fees either. Very happy because I haven't had this long.

Im glad this is getting fixed. I tried that as well to no avail. Hope I'll be able to fix mine
