Hiya, after charging my charge 3 there are now vertical fuzzy white lines all over the screen. Ive tried resetting it and its not working.. any advice please?

I have tried the reset that you mentioned 2 times and I still have lines. I got the lines after I wash dishes with my watch on

I have tried this longer restart 3 times, and I still have the vertical white lines. They appeared a week ago after I charged it. What is the next option?
