Yesterday my Fitbit developed white vertical lines running down the screen. I haven’t worn it in the shower. Is there anything I can do to correct this?

My Fitbit Charge 3 was purchased in February 2019....have treated it with kidd gloves (no water / not dropped) and it developed vertical lines after 6 months. I'm so disappointed....I will be looking for a full refund...not a cheap item!!!
