My charge 3 is 9 months old and has white line on the screen and is not working correctly. Any ideas on how to fix it?

My Charge 3 has this problem too. I have tried the short and long restart but I still have the problem. White lines running across the screen!

This is happening on my Fitbit. I have done the short and long restart and changed the watch face. It is worse now. My Fitbit is I think 9 months old. What are my next steps?

I contacted fit bit and they tried to fix it over the phone with no luck they sent me a new one. Customer service was very responsive I would recommend that.
